These terms govern your use of the NexusWave website, the AI tools, NexusPass subscriptions and purchases from The Drop. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who you are dealing with

The service is provided by NexusWave Technologies Ltd, company no. 13478291, registered in England and Wales at 1 Fulbourn Rd, Cherry Hinton, Cambridge CB1 9JL.

The AI tools

The Game Advisor and Build Analyzer give informational suggestions. AI recommendations are informational and do not guarantee in-game results. We do not promise a rank, a win, or any specific outcome, and you remain responsible for how you play. Supported games and features may change as games update.

NexusPass subscriptions

• NexusPass renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• We do not refund the current period after it has started, except where the law requires it.
• Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled; we show the date up front.
• We will give notice before any price change takes effect.

Buying from The Drop

Merch is sold in limited runs and may sell out. We ship to the UK and EU only. Unworn, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. UK consumers also keep their statutory rights, which these terms do not affect.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, scrape at scale, or resell access, and no uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect losses or for outcomes in any game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions go to [email protected].
